Motorola Cliq phone help.?

I had Motorola Cliq. U absolutely have to reset the phone. First you have to turn off your phone, then turn it back on. NOW before it gets to the reboot screen animating "T-MOBILE" you hold the the camera button on the side and the power button above it both at the same time. A recovery mode menu will pop up. Once there , press the up button on the volume dual side button panel. This will bring your phone to an image of an open box to Ireinstalling the original software and will be like u just bought it new. If this doesnt work or It doesnt go im recovery mode, I may be wrong on how to get to that recovery menu. Its been a while since I have done that. Google search something like "my motorola Cliq phone freezes at boot screen" because there was a guy who answered somebody's question saying how to get to that menu. I hope I was helpful and goodluk!
