Why do people even bother asking?

Why do people ask questions on here that have to deal with a medical problem, but then take the advice from the person that gives the worst answer, and has no qualifications to even be answering these questions. Like every question that has to do with a dog urinating in the house.. they just assume oh you need to take it out more!? No, there could be a medical problem like a UTI, and it should be addressed by a veterinarian asap. I just want to know why people even bother asking when they pick the worst possible answer, an answer that my 4 year old cousin could give!
