Can I use Pharmaseb flush in my own ear?

It has ketoconazole for antifungal .3% and chloroxylenol for antibacterial .3% I've been having this weird ear infection (non painful) with a lot of discharge and ear blocking for awhile. It comes and goes. I went to the doctor for it once about 6 months ago and was prescribed an antibiotic. That cleared it up for a while, but it keeps coming back. I can't go to the doctor for awhile so please tell me if I can use this veterinarian prescribed medicine for my dogs ears in my own?
