If God can do all things, does saying God cannot became a man limit God's power?

It's not that he CAN'T, It's that he DIDN'T. It was 40 years after the death of Jesus (PBUH) that people decided he was "the son of God". He never actually claimed to be either. And most things in the gospels were written by eye-witnesses of eye-witnesses.
