My puppy chihuahua got hurt?

I was in my car with my puppy and she was eating and she was sitting in a little corner while she was eating. So I heard her scream and picked her up and I didn't know what happened so I just held her and she fell asleep. Like a while ago I realized a pink mark on her side. I'm going to bring her to the vet to get a shot this week. Will her veterinarian doctor say anything? If she does what should I answer?
