Motorola Cliq phone help.?

I had Motorola Cliq. U absolutely have to reset the phone. First you have to turn off your phone, then turn it back on. NOW before it gets to the reboot screen animating "T-MOBILE" you hold the the camera button on the side and the power button above it both at the same time. A recovery mode menu will pop up. Once there , press the up button on the volume dual side button panel. This will bring your phone to an image of an open box to Ireinstalling the original software and will be like u just bought it new. If this doesnt work or It doesnt go im recovery mode, I may be wrong on how to get to that recovery menu. Its been a while since I have done that. Google search something like "my motorola Cliq phone freezes at boot screen" because there was a guy who answered somebody's question saying how to get to that menu. I thought about not minoring in Biology but instead minoring in Chemistry. I intend on taking all the pre-med courses. I want to either obtain a M.D. in Neuroscience or Psychiatry or maybe a Ph.D in Neuroscience. I currently am a Psychology/Political Science double major and just finished freshman year of college with a 3.6 GPA on 34 credit hours and A's in all my degree required courses. I know that med schools basically have two categories for applications, one for Biology majors and the other for everybody else. I was told not to major in Bio for that reason, that and my Bio program SUCKS because it's geared for either future veterinarians or agricultural scientists. What do you think? any advice?

Brake problems on 2001 Toyota Camry CE?

I own an 01' Toyota camry. I'm stationed in germany right now and have to pass their inspection. One of the tests they do spins the wheels with the brake applied to measure the resistance. My car failed for having too much of a difference between the resistance on the left rear wheel and the right rear wheel. With the right rear being the lower of the 2, when the inspector tested them with the parking brake, the same values came up on the machine. i came home and pulled off my drums. the drums are in perfect shape and the the shoes are practically new. both sides were adjusted correctly and had a little bit of drag when spun by hand. i went over all of the the lines starting from the master cylinder, all the way to all four wheels and found no leaks or loose connections. i also checked the parking brake cables from the lever to the rear wheels and cant see anything wrong there. I am just at a loss with this problem. If they had failed only on the pedal test i would think it was something in the brake lines and bleed them. but they also failed on the parking brake test which is all cable operated. So i just cant pin point the problem. Please let me know if you have ever had any trouble like this or have any ideas for how to fix it, or anything i may have forgotten to check. thanks.

I have looked on various torrent sites for blu-ray torrents. I have downloaded a few movie files with .MKV extensions. Each file is about 6GB-9GB in size. Are these the right files? Assuming the MKV files are the files I need what comes next? Do I just drag and drop the MKV file into Toast 11 and press burn? Do I need to convert the MKV file to another format to get the full Blu-Ray quality? Are there other steps necessary before? Brown spotting for 3 days?

I have PCOS and am taking metformin. My period started on the 20th and was light. Very few to no cramps. However I stopped having red blood now the past 3 days have been nothing but brown discharge with some stringy brown things in it. I haven't had a period last this long since I was 15(now 20). My normal period will usually last about 5-7 days. But this one just keeps spotting and dragging it on longer. My period before that started April 20th and was very light and lasted 5 days. Cat going crazy itching and scratching?

Hello, following a grooming at the vet (shaving) my cat, he started itching and he keeps licking himself and sometimes scratching. He seems exhausted while/after doing so as I can see his heart is beating fast. Samsung Gravity 3 Won't Play Any Videos PLEASE HELP ME!?

I just bought a new phone from T-Mobile via contract renewal. It was a cheap and decent phone. Now I love to play videos on phones because I thonk its pretty cool to download videos from youtube and place them on my phone to watch like in a car or on the couch. Especially on a cute little screen. A few years ago I had a Samsung SGH-T639, which was a flip phone that supported many formats of video and never gav me any problems... supported pdf files, music, cool animation photos, photo editor and so on; I loved it! Anyways I was excited wen I got the phone and opened it up to try it out. When I got home I went straight to my computer to download videos and convert them onto my phone. AS I know the screen resolution is 240 by 360. I converted a video to 3gp 240 by 360 and put it on my phone. Unplugged the USB cable and went to videos on my phone. Pressed Ok and....BEEP! "Unsupported Screen Resolution". I was like "ok" and deleted it and redownloaded the video in 3gp 176 by 220. Dragged the video to my phone and unplugged the USB. Went to my videos on the menu and pressed OK..... BING!! "Unsupported Frame Rate" I was like "WTF?!" So then I tried downloading a video to mp4 format in both resolutions, put them on the phone and got the error messages again. I've tried so many softwares ; Free samsung video converter, Vio mobile video converter, media coder.net, Samsung PC Studio, youtube downloader. EVERYTHING! None of it worked. Ive tried tweaking with changing the video bitrate, audiorate, screen resolutions, formats, tried to download a jar media player for it to get around the error messages and doesnt even support jar apps. Ok, so I got a kindle about a month ago. It's been great so far except that when I attempt to load music files on to it, following the instructions to do so, the damn thing won't play the music. I drag and drop the songs to the music file on the kindle and then, on the kindle, select "menu", "experimental", and "Play MP3" and it tells me to load music on the Kindle as if I hadn't already. Should I major in Bible Studies or Theology?

Boy this vet is definitely not a bunny doc. They typically wean at about 8 weeks. Moms milk is not only needed for proper nutrition but for the babe to establish a healthy balance of good bacteria in his gut. Bunnies digestive systems are very delicate. Thing is that other animals milk is really not appropriate. Closest would be goats milk. At this point I would not give milk. Baby bunnies do grow very fast and have needs for protein and calories while they are growing. I would give a good quality pellet and a mix of alfalfa and timothy hay while he is growing. Because she was weaned so early I would wait a bit on greens veggies and fruit. Keep an eye out for loose stools. If this happens I would recommend a pro-biotic to help establish a good bacteria balance. I like probios. You can get it pretty cheaply at www.kvvet.com (by the way I get a lot of my prescription drugs there too. They are reliable and just a great company to do business with). Get the paste in the tube, just squirt out maybe a half inch and let him/her lick it off your fingers, most really like it. Give it once a day for a couple weeks then once a week for a couple more months. Once he/she(the reason I say this is even I cannot accurately sex at this age and I am good). is about full grown you will need to start limiting the pellet to about 1/4 cup per 5 pounds of body weight and switch over to timothy hay with maybe a small bit of alfalfa as a treat now and again. Wait till the babe is at least 13 weeks to introduce fresh foods though then start slow maybe a sprig of parsley and gradually add variety and quantity over a period of a couple months. Fruits and carrot should be fed sparingly because of the sugar content. Most fresh herbs are loved and are a good and healthy treat.

I would like to preface this by saying that poetry is a form of release and it is all good, it is just not all meant for the public. This reminds me a lot of assignments that i would give out while assisting a writing teacher i once had - it sounds as though you were either given specific words or and or ideas to use, and or certain types of metaphor. it is a solid concept, all consuming love and passion for a woman - but it is crippled delivery. some of the words that you are using are either used completely incorrectly and out of context, OR they are not explained well if at all. you jump from large words and deep ideas to shallow items, reference pagan and christian mythos illogically, and it is at times repetitive. either you do not feel what you have written or you have a very hard time translating emotions into verse. if the latter is the case then i would recommend reflecting on each line as part of the whole and determine if it is really conveying what you are emoting.

Stuck in a dilemma, unsure of what i want.?

A year ago, my girlfriend for a year and a half and i decided to break it off because we felt disconnected. Sounds like you're doing a spectacular job. It's great that you're supervising their play and you should probably continue to keep an eye on them until the kitten gets a little stronger, just to be safe. I doubt your older cat's behavior is aggressive. You would be able to tell if he was actually upset and trying to injure the kitten. More likely they are just play fighting and having fun. I haven't had two cats concurrently but it sounds a lot like playtime between my cat and dog. They're best friends but look like they're trying to kill each other when they play. It may look rough but if your cat was hurting the kitten the kitten would squeal and clearly express that it was in pain, letting your cat know to stop whatever he's doing. If the kitten was being hurt he also wouldn't come back to be further attacked. If your cats sleep together they obviously enjoy each others company, which is great. My kitten broke her leg, help!?

My 1yr old kitten has suffered from multiple fractures in her right rear leg from a case of water falling on top of her when she tried to jump up on to a stack of them. I've taken her to two different vets and the veterinarians are leaving me with no options, the surgeons say they can go in and pin the leg back together but they said her chances are great when it comes to contracting gang-green and it would cost $4000 or they can amputate her leg for $3000 but again they're saying the same thing about the gang-green. The only other options they gave me was to put her down or bring her home and just see what happens. She has since that past sunday been walking on it just fine and has been in her usually happy mood and playful (though I refrain her from doing it). After thoroughly looking over her leg, the bone has broken through the skin just a little bit as well. I am totally distraught and have no idea what to do. I asked the vets if they would splint it or cast it or something ANYTHING! NO vet will touch her. What should I do? She's only a little baby!

Problem with Java IDE?

Now I'm trying to create an application in Java using NetBeans. The problem is that when I try to hand code the GUI without the "drag-and-drop" facility, it becomes very very tedious and even then the GUI is far from perfect. Now if I use the "drag-and-drop" in NetBeans, then I can place the components exactly where I want them. However, on a few occasions I need to modify the automatically generated code but NetBeans won't allow me to do that! For example while using a combo-box, the items in the list are not static, but are generated dynamically by my application. I cannot do that! My dog killed a kitten?

I have a rescue dog, Had it for nearly two years now. We ended up with it as originally we fostered it for a friend who runs a rescue centre till it could be sent to the RSPCA to be re-homed. The dog hates being confined anywhere, which is why we took it. It was being kept in a centre and was driving them crazy barking all the time. Well, the dog went to the rspca who kept it confined (they were supposed to be sending to a foster home) which made it play up and they said it cant be re-homed and must be put down. We told them we would take it back rather than put it down, and so have had it since. The dog is a bit of an escape artist, jumps high fences, slips his lead/collar/harness and runs amok in general. It dislikes other dos, HATES cats (we have some) and if it sees any animal smaller than itself turns into a bully.It escaped off its coller and chain last night (during the day it stays out back on a chain as it escapes otherwise) and ran to our neighbors farm (over the road) my hubby went after it, went into their yard and noticed a small kennel with kittens. He closed the door, but left it open a bit in case the mother came back. Our dog ran past, saw the kittens pulled them all out shook, 2 of them, then killed the 3rd. My hubby tried to get him off the kitten, but every-time he went near, the dog snapped at him. He eventually managed to get his lead on and dragged him off (too late for the poor kitten though). We are at our wits end now. We cant keep the dog indoors because of our cats plus young children, and the dogs hate being confined in a room. We cant confine this dog as it will escape (our other dog does not) and as we live in a farming community, if it goes near or harasses any other animals, it will probably end up shot. I think we should get shot asap, hubby wants to try and train the dog, but is busy on a farm and does not really have the time. Does anyone have any advice/suggestions? Thank you

How can i treat my dogs pressure sore?

Last summer, a pressure sore appeared on my dogs shoulder. He has a thing for sleeping on the bathroom floor. We try to get him on the carpeting or put a towel under him but he likes the coolness of the tiles. The problem was that he keeps licking at it and putting more pressure until one day it got so bad that we took him to the vet. The veterinarian gave us a cream to apply and told us to keep it cushioned at all times. She covered his shoulder with pads. The problem is that since it is at the very top of his arm and right on the bend, it slides down. We've tried shoulder pads, socks with a rubber band, ace wrap, and so much more but with in a matter of minutes it slides down. We don't want to cover him with something that will keep him from being able to bend his arm. Especially because hes always going up and down the steps and we don't want something to happen. Last year we went to the last resort by taping on the pad with the cream but of course it wasn't good when we had to take it back off. We really need to find something to use before it gets infected again or worse. Any suggestions please? Were thinking of shaving around the area so that we can apply tape again but we would rather not. We just need to find away to be able to keep the pad with the treatment on and some sort of cushioning that won't slide down. Thanks for your help!

Working out is getting boring?

I love exercise and it's always been fun for me during sports because I'd have a routine and I'd have my teammates along with me. Now that it's summer and I'm on my own it's gotten really difficult to make working out fun, now it's kind of like a drag... go to the gym, do the same thing at the gym and go home. It's so boring! You'd have to go back to college and earn a bachelors degree in something while taking the pre-vet classes. It's likely few to none of your vet tech classes would count towards this. Then you'd have to go to vet school for 4 years. Being a vet tech doesn't save you any time. And many vet offices will train you so you don't need a degree for that at all.

Windows 7 and Saving All My Files From Hard Drive?

OK, I want to save all of my video, music, and word document files onto something but I don't know what that something should be. I saw the windows 7 backup option but would that work on DVDs? Since i know a DVD doesn't have 500 GB to save all my files on and I don't have an external Hard Drive. Would the back up finish with one DVD and ask me for another DVD to continue saving files to it? Or should I simply drag and drop all the files I want on DVDs and burn them? Or should I try to save for an External Hard Drive and drag everything to that?

I thought about not minoring in Biology but instead minoring in Chemistry. I intend on taking all the pre-med courses. Problem with Java IDE?

Now I'm trying to create an application in Java using NetBeans. The problem is that when I try to hand code the GUI without the "drag-and-drop" facility, it becomes very very tedious and even then the GUI is far from perfect. Now if I use the "drag-and-drop" in NetBeans, then I can place the components exactly where I want them. However, on a few occasions I need to modify the automatically generated code but NetBeans won't allow me to do that! For example while using a combo-box, the items in the list are not static, but are generated dynamically by my application. I cannot do that! How Much Would My Xbox 360 Be Worth?

I have to say, I agree with Batman over there. The 360 is by far better than the ps3 (in my opinion). The 360 only breaks because it overheats otherwise it'll last longer than any PC out there. Not only that, you can customize and change the 360 to become a computer, no kidding, besides the 360 is more capable of undergoing mods than the ps3. I have a 360 pro, I looked a lot into the RRD (Red Ring of Death) and I bought the Nyko Intercooler and my 360 its ALWAYS cooler than even my PC or any electronic device in my ENTIRE house. Besides, the 360 has the same games that the ps3 has and more, obviously not all of them but most. Hey all! So I got the deluxe version of Taylor Swift's first CD today and there's 11 videos. How do I get them on my computer? In the past I would just go to "my computer", right click on it, click "open in new window", and eventually find the videos and drag them wherever I want. It worked with some videos with this deluxe CD, but others were weird. Like the times didn't match up, it was split into two videos, etc... What could be wrong with a doberman not eating and vomiting for 5 days?

Our 11 year old Doberman as not eaten or been able to keep down what little he has eaten in over 4 days. The water that he was drinking up until last night was not staying down either. He is now refusing water. He was offered chicken and rice and when he smelled it, he vomited. The vomit over the last day has been very frequent (up to 2x per hour) and it is bright yellow (bile) to dark brown and very bad smelling. His dietary issues and severe weightloss has been the most concerning however, his right eye also has green/yellow discharge that we are worried about. We will be taking him to a veterinarian but would like guidance/feedback on what to expect at that visit as well as what to do with him in the mean time.

Hello and THANK YOU for being a responsible cat owner and keeping her inside. I work at a cat shelter and DAILY it seems I hear another HORROR story about terrible things that happen to cats outside. Spay or neuter before they get into puberty, about 4 or 5 months for a cat. and keep inside. A small animal like a cat is no match for the dangers outdoors. Cat haters, cars, Dogs, wild animals, stray cats that carry diseases (most of which are fatal), fleas, ticks, poisoned chemically treated lawn and gardens, (the chemicals are deadly poison to cats, cat walks or brushes against it and then licks itself=death and disaster..even if u dont use them, neighbors might and you wont even know...or getting shut into garages or basements and no one finds them in time.. they starve.. YES you are making the right decision. cats dont love the outside, they get CONDITIONED to it when an owner (usually too lazy to change litter) insists cats have to go out. Cats are creatures of habit. THey are also very curious and will explore any new area.. the outside, paper bags, cardboard boxes, btw always check your oven dishwasher, washer and dryer b4 using them, cats crawl into them.. and keep ur toilet lid shut and the bathroom door closed.. Even a tiny kitten can jump surprisingly high. the water attracts them and they fall in toilets and can not get a foot hold to climb back out, it is too slippery and their legs are too short. Do not put a collar on, cats hate them and even the break aways can be strong and the cat can choke. Look on line for "safe kitten toys", there is a really great site right here on Yahoo Groups called "for the love of cats", nice people and very smart about cats with good advice or just might like to see photos of your kitten if you care to share.. Dont let kitty bite your fingers, hands or toes If she goes to Latch on , usually by "wrapping" her little paws (arms) around , she then will start to bite and go into play fight mode that gets serious. When its a little kitten some ppl think its cute, but its not so cute when the cat has teeth and claws 1/2 inch long and has learned humans are to bite and scratch . Then they write on here complaining. Give her lots of play time with you, chasing cat toys (put away any long dangling toys where she cant get them if ur not watching) as she could become wrapped in it and strangle.. A diet of exclusively dry food is thought to contribute to urinary problems in cats ( look at the posts on For the love of cats about diet) add a teaspoon of so of spring water at room temperature to meaty canned food mixed in to make a kind of gravy) they need liquid in their diets.. and have fresh clean water available all times, if u dont see them drink thats ok some cats just drink at night.. fist of all, i'm really sorry to hear about this; i kind of went through the same thing over a year ago, but i didn't have my dog for anywhere near as long as you had yours. i'd had him for about 3 years and he had a freak accident which resulted in him having to be put down. the one thing i can honestly say upsets me the most about it is the fact that his last day was nothing special because we weren't expecting anything bad to happen. my advice to you is that if you make your dogs last few days really good, it will comfort you quite a bit after she's been put down; take her for lots of long walks, give her good meat for meals and most importantly, spend a lot of time with her.

Can a Veterinarian refuse to treat an animal with a life threatening condition.?

I have been taking my pets to the same veterinary in Gananoque,Ont. for the last 25 years, this past Tuesday June 7th I called to get a blood test for my 8 year old dog who has a Thyroid condition which requires her to take medication twice a day, this blood test is vital to determine if the medication that she is taking needs to be increased or decreased. They informed me that she hasn't had a full exam for 3 years ( eyes ears nose etc. ), when I told them that I could only afford the blood test plus her medication which she needed a refill for because she only had enough for 5 more days plus some flea and tick medication I was told no exam no nothing, ( including the flea and tick medication which you don't even need a veterinarian for. ). Besides her thyroid condition she is healthy and has always been taken in for an exam when anything is wrong with her. Is refusing to treat my dog because I can't afford the exam on top of everything else that I HAVE to buy which is expensive ( over $300 ) ethical or even legal. Luckily there is another Veterinary clinic in town which opened a few years ago who had no problem with giving her a blood test as well as her medication without an exam the very next day.

Be sure to check with different schools and the different levels of study to be sure that your credits will transfer. Otherwise you may wind up repeating a course for the credits. Also, don't be afraid to start with like Chemistry 100 instead of jumping into Chemistry 101 when you get to college. Sometimes it's better to be a little cautious with courses even if you feel you excelled really well in High School. Not to scare you but college courses can be a bit overwhelming. It's harder sometimes especially if you get into a class where the teacher is there to teach and seems to not care if you pass or fail. I had that happen to me and had to retake chem 101 which lucky for me was with a different instructor the second time and I was able to understand the course, he also wanted the class to pass. As a rule, drop a bad course before a bad teacher. However, if you sign up for a course and feel you aren't going to be able to handle it at that time, make sure to drop it and pick up something else in the time frame your college allows. If you drop it too late you are stuck paying for the course.

No there is not. Young mother cats lack some skills. Best to get her spayed in another month so she never has another litter and plan on rehoming the kittens at 10-12 weeks old.

I personally would save up my money and get that rabbit to a vet as soon as possible. That sounds so horrible... I don't know how it COULDN'T bother that poor little rabbit. I know it sounds like a lot, but I'm sure you will feel so good once you have done it. I can't really tell you anything else. Although, if you know anyone who's good with rabbits, then you could take the rabbit to him or her for them to check it out. And hey, it's free! Vet is not a major, and marine bio rarely is. Both require graduate degrees (DVM for a vet, that's 4 years of vet school after college) and PhD for marine bio (4-8 years of graduate school after the bachelors). You'd probably just major in bio and take the pre-vet courses (which you can do at most large universities) and then you can go to vet school or graduate school after college. While you can double-major in two different fields, these aren't majors at most schools.

A zoo keeper, but there's only a limited number of openings in general, it's hard to get in. If you volunteer at a zoo for a while while going to school for biology/zoology you'd have a better chance. They make 18-25 dollars an hour on avg, and require a BS degree.

A video game like Kingdom Hearts or Assassin's Creed Brotherhood?

I love dramatic video games like the Kingdom Hearts and Assassin's Creed series, and I'd like to find another game to play like them. It has to have at least somewhat good graphics (the better the better! xD) a good storyline, drama, and a good battle system. 94 Ford Contour shifts real hard and slips in and out of gear.?

4 cyl automatic transmission starts out fine but then starts shifting in and out of gear. Sometimes it feels like it drags or is not engaging. Occasionally it slams in and out of gear. I was told by a mechanic friend of a friend sort of thing it might be some sort of pin that wasn't placed properly when the transmission was replaced. Any help is appreciated as it is the only car and recently got laid off.

Best mufflers for added power?

I want to add a new muffler on my car (And possibly a cat back system later on) and need help choosing one. I was thinking a glasspack, but they're cheap and I've never used one. My mechanic offered me a nice muffler for $100, and said they're usually about $200, I didn't catch the name, but it was bigger than the glass pack, and had an insert to quiet it when needed. It was also smoked chrome rather than whatever the glasspack is made of. Has anyone used a glasspack before? Do they do much? My mechanic drags and does custom exhaust fabrications so I trust his opinions, but he didn't say much about the glasspacks. Are they any good? Do they add any power? They're cheap enough that if I don't like it I could replace it, but I'd rather not go through the trouble. Also, I understand a muffler alone won't make my car a rocket, but I'd like a better tone, and maybe a little extra power.

Stay at home moms out there what do you do to keep active?

i quit my job when i was 5 months pregnant well now i have a 3 month old and two yr old. im gaining weight ive gained 10 lbs since she has been born i live in the country on very hilly roads so i can't exactly just take them for a walk when i want and i live 15 miles to nearest town so i can't exactly stroll to the park everyday for money reasons. I hate taking the kids outside because my two year old always runs off or when i do take her outside its hard to drag the baby everywhere. The both take there long naps of the day together usually about two hours from 1-3 in that time i usually clean the house but what do you do to stay active?

What would be the best process in becoming a Veterinarian?

First I would research the colleges that you'd potentially be applying to. Find out what the prerequisites are for that school. You could possibly contact the department lead for that department at the college and ask them what you'd need to do to be able to qualify for the program there. Also, look up things to do with scholarships. There are all kinds of scholarships available, start now, you need to know what you need to do to qualify for the scholarships that are out there. Volunteering is a good thing. I actually had a class that allowed me through my school to go to the vet clinics in my hometown as a high school internship. Not sure if you can intern or not. I'm not going to lie and say grades aren't important, because they are. But I'd look at all the angles and work towards the final goal. I also would look for a study course as a Vet Assistant. I took that course in high school, gave me great insight into what I was working towards. I went for Vet Tech, would have loved to go for Veterinarian but knew I didn't have the money or resources available to me. One final piece of info. A vet tech can do most things with animals, except Diagnose, Prescribe Medications, and perform surgeries. There's a lot more that a Tech does to assist a Veterinarian. I'm not saying settle to be a tech but maybe you can work towards that and then as a full Veterinarian. Good luck to you :o)

Forgive me but you have no business breeding dogs especially if you cannot afford to take them to a vet. First things first you must take them to a vet. If you cannot afford treatment at least have them humnely euthanized so they will not suffer any longer.
